About The Author
Ramesh Bjonnes has been the Director of the Prama Wellness Center outside Asheville, NC, in the United States. At this center, lifestyle is considered our best medicine. Ramesh is also a writer, yogi, and workshop leader. Over the past twelve years, he has educated thousands about the benefits of a plant-based diet, juice fasting, and a yogic lifestyle. During this time, he and his team have assisted numerous individuals in healing from various chronic conditions.
Ramesh studied yoga therapy in Nepal and India. He studied Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda. He is also a certified yoga detox therapist from the Ananda Marga Wellness Center in Cebu, Philippines, under the guidance of its founder, Dada Dharmavedananda.
